The Lake Images Patient App 📱 is designed to give you secure and convenient access to your medical imaging results 🖼️, as well as make booking appointments at Lake Imaging clinics a breeze! 🌬️ Located throughout Victoria, Lake Imaging offers a range of radiology services, and this app puts you in control of your imaging journey.

Key Features:

Once your scan is complete 🗓️ and the results are ready, you'll receive an SMS/text message or email 📧 with a link to activate your account. Set a secure password 🔐, and you're ready to go! Most results (providing your referring doctor has granted access) will be available approximately 7 days after the examination has been reported by a Lake Imaging Radiologist 👨‍⚕️. Obstetric Ultrasound images 🤰 are available even sooner, just 3 hours after the scan!

It’s important to remember that your referring doctor will have access to your images and report as soon as they are available. Always return to your doctor 🩺 to discuss your results and plan any necessary next steps.

After activating your account, you'll receive notifications 🔔 for any future results. This allows you to maintain a personal archive 📁 of your radiology results, accessible anytime, anywhere. Share your results securely with family members 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 or other healthcare professionals 👩‍⚕️ as needed.

The ‘Request an Appointment’ feature simplifies booking your next visit! 📅 Select the type of imaging service required, your preferred location 📍, and a suitable time and date ⌚. Upload a photo 📸 of the referral form provided by your doctor, and a member of the Lake Imaging staff will contact you to book and confirm your appointment. Say goodbye to long phone calls and waiting times! ⏳
